These terms apply to your use of the Amalia Brooks official website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The novels are works of fiction. Characters, relationships and situations — including obsession, coercion and violence — are depicted for storytelling and are not endorsed or presented as models for real relationships.

Text, book descriptions, cover designs, illustrations and site design belong to Amalia Brooks or are used under licence. Editorial photographs are licensed from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. You may share links and short quotations with credit, but you may not copy, republish or sell site content, or use it to train commercial AI models, without written permission.

4. Trademarks and retailers

Amazon, Kindle and Kindle Unlimited are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Goodreads, TikTok and Instagram belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement. Books are sold by third-party retailers under their own terms, prices and availability, which may differ by country. Retailer links on this site are not affiliate links unless clearly marked.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit other people’s details to the newsletter.
